Funkshun for organisers

How it works

A straight path from an empty slate to a schedule your community can trust — then keep them aligned as things change.

  1. Create an event

Start a new Funkshun with the basics — name, timing, and what you want people to know. The event holds everything that follows.

  2. Add and edit days

Break the experience into days. For each day, add the details that set context: themes, venues, notes — whatever helps your crowd understand the shape of the program.

  3. Add and edit activities

Within each day, build your line-up: activities with times, titles, locations, and descriptions so the schedule is clear before doors open.

  4. Publish

When you are ready, publish. Your Funkshun goes live as a public page attendees can browse, share, and follow.

  5. Let the app keep followers up to date

The app stays connected to what you published. When you adjust days or activities, followers see the same live schedule — fewer re-sent PDFs and “which version?” threads.
